I have tried contacting Love holidays for a refund for a holiday that was booked in December for June 2020 ,the holiday flight was cancelled due to Covid and I have heard nothing back from them despite trying to contact on many occasions..
They continued to take the payment for the holiday despite knowing it was cancelled ,credit card company has said they can not retract payment for us.!!
