Jet2 have cancelled my flights booked through Loveholidays with whom I have booked hotel etc. Jet2 have confirmed they have processed the refund to Loveholidays and despite leaving three messages on their manage my booking process I have not had any contact. Our holiday was due to start in less than 2 weeks. I fully appreciate that this is a difficult time, however, Loveholidays are not helping themselves or their customers by not talking to them. I'd be happy to discuss options rather than just demand a refund but only if I can speak to someone. I suspect they will go bust if they continue to ignore their customers! Shambles, avoid.
