The hotel I booked are offering free cancellations. Love holidays are refusing to return the money. I contacted the hotel and they said the refund must go through Love Holidays. Warning you can not contact this company. Their chat line does not exist. I would never use this company again. I feel I am being ignored and robbed by them.
This is a warning to every holiday maker.
