I have sent 20 + emails can not get you by phone or live chat, waiting for my refund holiday was 11th May 2020.
I'm now in the process of emailing various love holidays email addresses everyday giving the count down to me taking you to court in 13 days and I have been advise to claim for stress damages also. no refund as yet
