Absolutely shocking customer service and will never book with them again. due to fly out on the 1st in TWO days, holiday was cancelled today after yesterday they sent us a confirmation email, the hotel was open and flights both going ahead so we paid £200+ extras after paying £1100 in total for a holiday for it to be cancelled, given no reason, no form of contact just an email and then options are a credit note and thats only for £750 of the booking, absolutely devastated the flights are still going ahead, we dont know where we stand and no one will contact me or get in touch. disgusting company, handled this situation shockingly.
