Very disappointed with love holidays. I booked a trip with them last year to travel to Antalya, Turkey. The hotel was spectacular no doubt about that. The flights let their service down, and I was unaware that my ticket consisted of more than 5 hours of waiting in Istanbul Turkey to travel to Antalya. This is unacceptable to keep someone waiting for more than 5 hours at an airport to travel such a short distance. I saw other flights that were available but love holidays refused to change my flight and assist me in any way possible. This was my first booking with the company and I can assure you I will never book an all inclusive holiday with this ridiculous company again!!
