Booked a Greek hotel only in February 2020 with an August 2020 arrival date. Due to Covid-19, we opted to change the date (through Love Holiday's Manage My Booking) to August 2021, which was on offer. Our hotel on the Manage My Booking page now shows the change, but we are still awaiting confirmation. Love Holiday have now attempted to take a payment for our August 2020 stay. There is no way of contacting them, other than by Live Chat but I have been attempting to do this for around six hours now on different days of the week, refreshing the page as I am repeatedly told all Live Chat agents are busy. One afternoon alone, I sat at my laptop for four hours.
I appreciate that Love Holidays are having to accommodate large volumes of enquiries, but they should not offer something (change to our booking) without delivering.
