I am shocked beyond belief you can leave a family for a month without any interaction. We have contacted yourselves numerous times. With no return on any information or explanation??!!!!! We are meant to fly in two days time given the current situation we have been given no guidance whatsoever..... that being said I took it upon myself to call the hotel where we are meant to be visiting to only be told you cancelled my holiday over 3 days ago. With no explanation from yourselves whatsoever....... when we’re you planning to tell us? Literally when we possibly at the airport???? It’s not good enough....... I am disgusted with your lack of information and on top of that poor communication....... like said earlier we have tried to contact yourselves numerous times. Literally taking to a brick wall.............. shocking
