We booked a package holiday to Dubai, leaving 13/4/20 which of course got cancelled. Next to no communication from LH. A month ago we applied for our £2800 refund via our credit card, as getting nowhere with LH. Credit card are extremely busy, saying it could take up to 12 weeks to get refund. Probably a better bet getting refund from card company than LH.
AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs.
