Very very disappointing experience! Still waiting for them to even get in contact with me. My holidays were due in May. I have paid already. I have tried ever since getting in contact, no luck. There lines got disconnected, and their live chat is never available. They dont get back to my emails.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SURVIVE OF PEOPLE WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE.
