I been waiting for 5 month for a refund the worst company to contact. Can't speak with anyone or even reach their live chat.
Just left in the dark. Have written a letter but have never received a response, have also left messages on manage my booking and not replied to. It is disgusting and very very poor customer service and not being manage at all.
