Thieving Cowboys!
Supposed to be going away in a month and need to know where I stand with it all, but can't get through to anyone no matter which avenue I use. Thousands and thousands of people on my Facebook group are entitled to cancel holidays due to the FCO advice, but LH won't give us refunds and are blatantly just making up things as they go along. Absolute conning cowboys. They should be prosecuted and shut down.
