Very cheap holidays but trying to get any joy from them is absolutely impossible. Flights were cancelled and couldn’t do an alternative so got refund. Was told by easyJet will be 3-5 days. Brilliant I thought......Still awaiting for refund.(3 weeks later) EasyJet confirmed the refund has been processed and not returned. All over the website it states “refunds within 14 days” looking at some of the reviews I’m clearly not the only one having issues. Customer service levels are at a 0 simply using the COVID situation as an excuse. Maybe try opening the telephone lines and employ people who can “live chat” with you and give a personal touch to the ones who kept you going. Reminder to self.......DONT USE AGAIN,
