LH booked me into a hotel that had been closed since last year. Communication was almost impossible to be told it was my fault for booking the hotel, it was a non refundable option and there’s nothing I could do. After going to my bank for a section 75 they finally got in touch 7 days before I was supposed to travel finally offering a refund. I now have to wait another 8 weeks for this. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but never again!!
