They sell you a package holiday, as clearly stated on the ATOL certificate - yet the first sign of trouble and they refuse to accept their responsibility as per the 2018 Package Travel Regs, causing immeasurable stress. Horrendous company, can only hope they go bust so that we can at least get our refunds through ATOL.
