Where do i start notified them my hotel was closed was asked to prove it sent them email from the hotel telling me. Told them I wanted a full refund as it was booked as a package holiday now fighting for my flight refund. Breaking all their own T&C. Now chargeback started. Never reply to emails chat facility a nightmare unless you have 4 or 5 hours to spare in the que. Never again I would of been quicker to walk/ swim to Spain
