My holiday was booked with Loveholidays.com in January and is fully paid for including pre-booked seats with Ryanair, I am due to fly out on Monday but I still have not got my boarding passes.
I tried call customer services on Friday 29 May but after selecting the appropriate option was left on hold without ever having my call answered - I gave up after 40 minutes. Tried again today 1 June, same again for 1 hour 5 minutes.
I've also e-mailed but only got one unhelpful reply after 3 days
Loveholidays Customer Service is appalling
