What a stupid company trying to rip customers off by not refunding, my package holiday no longer exists ie the flights were cancelled with no replacement hotel couldn't accommodate different date but still no refund, the stupid think is I would have rebooked but due to the underhanded rip off tactics I'll never use again and hopefully other people do the same and they get what's coming... Bye bye love holidays.... Luckily paid on credit card so getting refund off them but not off love holidays
