Avoid this company. Booked an overnight stopover at hotel at Luton Airport back in February for a September holiday.
Flights cancelled due to COVID. Loveholidays refused to refund as travel to London was still possible!
Had to cancel quite a few bookings this year. This is the first time I have encountered such poor corporate behaviour. Booking.com and others have went above and beyond. Not this company.
Would never use them and recommend others not to either.
