absolutely a disgrace.
this is supposed to be a travel agency that ensure your holidays go well...however they are compeltely uselss. their systems do not work (they say there is no availability but then you call teh hotel and the hotel has availability).
I had my flight rescheduled by the airline and they were absolutely uslesee so i had to pay for a the rebookign and for the transefs that were already included in my flight.
DO NOT book with them. they server to go out of business
