Absolutely useless. Been waiting for a refund for over 5 months. Every time I talk to someone on live chat, the situation changes. They always try to push me back to Ryanair but Ryanair have already confirmed they have paid the flight money back to LH. LH are just holiday my money without telling me and doing everything they can to not pay me back.
Refunds Process on here should be rated 'Criminal'.
