After 3 months of pursuing a refund, I was told on 'live chat' today that it was up to me to get refund from airline and hotel! Apparently, LH, in their own words, are just an online agent and the contract is between us and the hotel/flight companies, so we need to apply for these refunds ourselves. They have slso withdrawn from ABTA so retrospective cases are now dropped!!Absolute disgrace!!! £3k out of pocket. One of their online agents clearly lied to me a couple of weeks ago to get rid of me by telling me it was being processed and we'd receive the money very shortly. Now, they don't have a record of that chat! I've screenshot all conversations and now going the legal route!!! They're still bloody trading!!😡
THIS IS THEIR REPLY AFTER CLEARLY STATING I HAD JUST BEEN ON LIVE CHAT!!! WHAT A JOKE
