DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If I could have selected zero stars I would have. Love Holidays are one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service I have received while trying to secure a refund for flights has been dreadful and I've been made out to be a liar, despite providing more than sufficient evidence from both the airline and Love Holidays themselves, that I had requested a refund.
Anyone thinking of using this lot, please go elsewhere.
