Items never arrived. Lovell blamed Hermes, Hermes blamed Lovell who said my rugby boots were posted through the letter box! Took 10 days or arguing to get a refund and had to state I’d escalate through the credit card company. Then they blocked me on Facebook for a negative review they said was “racist” but can’t substantiate or provide evidence for this slander.
