I’ve had an appalling experience with Lovell Rugby. I returned four pairs of boots from an order and was only refunded for three. Despite providing proof of return and FIVE follow-ups, I’m still chasing a missing £55 refund for a returned pair of boots. Customer service has been slow, dismissive, and frankly incompetent. I’ve been told a partial refund was processed, but it doesn’t match the value of the items returned. It’s now early September, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. If you’re considering buying from Lovell Rugby, think twice. Their refund process is unreliable, and their support team seems more interested in deflecting than resolving issues. I won’t be shopping here or with the parent company again (Fraser Group/Sports Direct)—and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values transparency or basic customer care.
