Ordered a pair of running shoes 13 days ago (marked as "Available now") and they shipped it only today! The expected delivery date indicated on the website was 21th August (today is 2 september).
I contacted customer service and they just replied "Hi, the order has not yet been shipped. You will receive notification once dispatched.".
I will no more shop in this store, they are not ready for ecommerce
