Arrived without any mechanism. Customer service is very hard to contact.
No phone number
No link to customer service
No obvious email
It alludes to contacting support at love my gifts but no one returned the email.
Only when I wrote a bad review did someone miraculously call me within minutes. Only then to send a cheap bit of plastic mechanism with no instructions as to how to fit. And a number of subsequent emails asking me to re-edit my review.
Very disappointed. The lady I spoke to however was very polite and professional.
