Unfortunately I wasn’t sent the correct photo album that I ordered- customer services offered a refund but as of yet not received, which is to be expected with the Christmas holidays. Customer services were very prompt in answering my concerns- the product was beautiful but not what I had ordered, however I would recommend this company and I will order again. My album that I ordered had sleeves but I received one without sleeves.
