The puzzle coaster was very nice , but I was disappointed with that customer service. I had made a small typo in the personalised message on the product, which I noticed when I received the payment confirmation. I emailed the seller straight away, but their response came back the following day saying it was too late to make any changes! No suggestions and solutions were offered.
They still haven’t got back to me about my response to that email either!
