Very pleased with the box and engraving, which were exactly as described and pictured. It was particularly handy to be able to see a simulation of how the print would look on the box. It is a gift, so can't pass judgement on the workings of the contents, but the name was fine. The look of the pens is not brilliant. I know it is difficult to get wood-look right, but these are for a child and they just look like ivory colour with brown stains. The box, packaging, delivery and printing would all have been a solid 5 stars, but disappointed with the look of the pens which looked far more single-coloured (or appeared to me as such) while purchasing. For that reason, I was reluctant to review, but you did ask, so there it is.
