The ordering and delivery was quick and easy. The cross is beautiful. My only disappointment is that the writing of the name is so small that I can hardly read it.
I would recommend that you give the option of a larger engraving or a smaller one. On a practical note, the tiny ring on one side of the chain is quite difficult to secure. A larger one, would make it easier to fasten.
