I brought to glasses engraved for a wedding present. I paid to have them gift wrapped. When they came only one was gift wrapped. The bow that came with it was squashed. After emailing to complain I got the wrapping money returned and a rather pathetic sorry, there was no empathy. I would rather have had a proper apology than the money refunded
