Paying for next day delivery £7-95 didn’t come in 4 days u agreed to send another one promising it would be there for the birthday it arrived a day to late so embarrassed to arrive at a party with no gift
When item arrived gave it as gift to be embarrassed again with wrong personalisation and for all the embarrassment and hassle u gave me a £2-00 refund on delivery
Terrible customer service couldn’t care less
Would never use again or recommend
