Avoid this company at all costs, ordered on the 24th December a birthday present for a friend, paid to have faster delivery , heard nothing form the company by the 4th January so started to email, poor customer service responses. Still not able to tell me when my items would be processed by the 10th January I cancelled the order, only partial refund was sent I requested the remainder which was sent but then the original main refund failed and on the 16th of January I’m still waiting …..
