Using the 5 Step Bundle for a month & a half. Love the products. Immediate softness. No winter dry skin this year! I did experience a few small breakouts. But, when you understand that it's your skin purging, you're actually happy about it!! I had already received the email that my next shipment was processing and my card had been charged when I asked to push the date, yet Karen took the extra steps to refund and re-schedule delivery!
