“I'm not exactly sure how I stumbled upon these products...probably an ad on Facebook or Instagram, but I took a leap of faith and dove into Korean multi-step skincare. I started with their 5-step system, which I've stuck with day and night ever since: 1. Nourishing & Moisturizing Oil to Foam Cleanser 2. Perfect Balance Toner 3. Focus Renewal Eye Cream 4. Deep Radiance Essence + Serum 5. Firm & Lift Regeneration Cream As their product line grew, so did my routine (and my brand loyalty). I added the Elemental Essence Mask for weekly use, and the Nourishing Radiance Beauty Elixir-perfect for lazy days or winter dryness. One day after a facial, an aesthetician recommended chemical peels, and right on time, Saranghae released their AHA/BHA Exfoliant. They also reformulated their Vitamin C into the Advanced Brightening & Dark Spot Repair Serum (25% Vit C + 1% TXA), which I paired with their Niacinamide + Glutathione serum to target hyperpigmentation. Later, they sent me a complimentary Retinal Serum, and I rounded things out with their Sheer UV Defense Sunscreen-because sun protection is a must! I don't use every product at once, but my 5-step routine is my daily staple. The rest I rotate based on what my skin needs. It might seem like a lot, but honestly, good skin is 80% consistent, quality products and 20% routine facials. I get compliments on my skin all the time-even from strangers-and I credit @lovesaranghaeskin. l've been a loyal customer for seven years, and I love their products, their service, and how they let me customize my skincare with the seasons, even tried their Orora line too.”

“Another serum that makes big promises and gets your hopes up but doesn’t deliver. I used the duo as directed: brightening/dark spot repair serum every night, niacinamide morning with sunscreen and again at night. Did not miss a single day. Not a single dark spot on my face faded, not even a little bit.i can’t even return it — it’s just outside the 45-day window, because I didn’t start the regimen until a few days after receiving it bc I was waiting on a question I had to customer service about why the brightening serum exploded when I first opened it. I’m beyond frustrated.”

“I love this product and the customer service that backs it! I'm happy with my skin, I didn't take photos but my daughter recently said,“ mom, I don't know what you're doing or using on your face but whatever it is keep doing it! “ she went on and on about how everything looked lifted! I just turned 69 years old! It truly is a wonderful product with great customer service! I highly recommend!”

Lastly, please consider this product - Azalume 10 (https://lovesaranghae.com/products/saranghae-azalume-10-serum-with-10-glycinated-azelaic-acid-2-niacinamide) Your skin may work better with other hyperpigmentation solutions, and our newest serum offers 10% glycinated azelaic acid, 2% niacinamide and 1% alpha arbutin. The alpha arbutin is a much safer and less concentrated derivative of hydroquione. When combined with the 25% vitamin C serum, it has shown that it can be effective for customers that didn't respond to our hyperpigmentation duo or our 25% vitmain C serum alone. Cheers Quan CS team

“Good Morning, Hello Beautiful People 🧑‍🎄🩷, I just ordered more vitamin C and the oil that we used to get with our subscription, but we don’t get anymore. I want to use this with my Gosha stone. Is this the oil that I should be using for this? I’d live in Michigan and it’s horribly cold already what other products could I be using to help my skin? I am 63. I’ve used your skin line for a couple years now and people comment about my skin quite a bit. Please advise me on what I could do to combat this winters wind and snow and fierce cold thank you so much always with much love and I cannot express the joy I get from your products❤️🧑‍🎄❤️!!!”

“My god what a skincare line. I have never felt my skin so soft and smooth before and I have tried a LOT of skincare products in my time. The retinal serum is fantastic, I've never been able to use a retinol before because my skin reacts to it, but Saranghae's retinal is not only incredibly effective, my skin has been perfect through a month of use. Cleanser is probably my favorite. I've never used an oil, foaming cleanser before but I can't go back now. And the customer service! Exceptional! Customer for life.”

“The products are very nice! Free gift was special too. I have never had a daily routine. I'm already 67 and just starting. I have extremely dry skin and it feels wonderful to have the moisture. Can't say I look better, but my skin feels better.”

“As soon as I started using your products my sheets and pillow cases started going brown. I took them on a cruise but didn’t want to use them, a bit embarrassing with the cleaning staff. Is there a reason why this happens?? I would definitely give another try but I don’t want to be doing laundry every day. Sincerely Maria”

“This is awful. I received the advanced for minimizing and skin tone corrective serum. It stinks to high heaven the minute that you open this and put it on your face. The smell is putrid. I have written online I will never order from you again. This is disgusting. How you could honestly put this out and sell it thinking that it’s OK tells me that you’re not testing it. You’re not properly using it. You’re not using it on people around you so they can tell you how it is which means that we are all your crash dummies… i’ve been ordering from you for a long time. I’m really disappointed.”

Hi Dawn, Thank you submitting your review. We assume you're talking about our 10% niacinamide + 1% glutathione serum. Most of our products are "naked" formulations, meaning we add no parfum, or fragrance to mask smells. That smell is the natural smell of glutathione, an organic compound. It's a source of curiosity for some of our customers, many don't mind it because they appreciate naked formulations, but it seems that you're not happy with it at all. We would be glad to issue a refund for whichever product(s) you'd like to return. Please email us at customercare@lovesaranghae.com and we can take care of that for you. By the way, the facial brush comes with our double cleanser, it's a mild physical exfoliator and it helps the cleansing process. “My experience with some of Saranghae products. I have tried for almost three months. I was impressed by the 25% Vitamin C Serum and the 10% Niacinamide Serum. They made a noticeable difference in my skin’s texture, leaving it smoother. However, while I loved the improvements in texture, they didn't fully address all my skin concerns. Despite this, I plan to repurchase a few of these products to maintain the improvement I have achieved. The Oil + Foam Cleanser paired with the Facial Brush works wonders for a refreshing cleanse. I also enjoy the Orora Bioactive Collagen Cream with SPF 50; it melts beautifully into my skin. Overall, I have had a positive experience. 😊”
