“I love the marine collagen supplement. It is fairly easy to mix in with my morning coffee and is tasteless. I have also gotten many compliments on my skin( not just my face) lately and since I’ve been using this product for probably a year now I can attribute some of that to this product although I do use the Oro products on my face religiously.”

“What I also really appreciate about Saranghae as a whole is the way the brand is built around transparency and education. Peter and Andrea do something that not enough skincare companies prioritize—they actually communicate clearly about ingredients and how to build a real routine. It doesn’t feel like random product pushing. It feels like guidance, which helps you actually understand what you’re putting on your skin and why. There’s also something refreshing about how they listen to the customer. The focus feels intentional: affordable, simple, effective skincare that actually fits into real life without overcomplicating things. That balance is rare in the beauty space right now. I genuinely look forward to seeing this company grow. It feels like they’re moving in the direction consumers are asking for—less noise, more results, and honest communication.”

“I am an older woman.. 76 to be exact. For years I had been using an very good anti-aging product with excellent results. So then a while back I ordered your sunscreen (had a skin cancer last year) and in that package you send the face cream. Ooooh... so I of course tried it. And it was great! So then bit by bit, product by product I have ordered the whole thing... cleanse, toner, serums and beloved face cream. It is quite amazing. Even better than the old products. When the time comes, I will be a VIP for sure. And thanks so much for your good energy that comes with every package! Saranghae.”

“Most products are good but I was disappointed with the products designed for pore reduction. My pores are not large and I was hoping for better results. I spent a fair amount of money on these products and I thought I could see a difference.”

“I have been a loyal customer for years now and love the Firm & Lift Regeneration Cream. I am always on the lookout for a sale or code for a percentage off as I live on a tight budget. I do not believe I have ever seen a code or sale on the products I use from Saranghae. Your products are supurb but I am always looking for some advantage or discount following so many years of loyalty. I am not interested in subscription status but would love free shipping once in awhile.”

“I was looking for more to whiten& have glass glossy looking on my face . I have used it for so many months my dark spot still noticeably it’s just lighten a bit . Bit only. Do u have a make up that covers my dark spot & have a glass glossy look ?”

“I generally loved the product and the concept of combining sunscreen with skin care. It gives me a fabulous glow and it's a great makeup base. It wears well all day and never felt sticky or thick. The only issue I have with the product is the packaging. I had the top screwed on pretty well, but it was lying on its side when I came home later that day and half the contents had leaked out all over my counter. By the way, the packaging looks it looks like you could store it Capeside down like other products with the same design, but you cannot, it will leak out. I still love the product, but it's kind of a pain having to put it in a special location with the cap up so that it doesn't leak out. Hopefully you guys are exploring new packaging I did a TikTok video saying how much I love the product and I'm uploading it here”

“I have been using some of the Saranghae products for many years, and I absolutely love them. I was impressed the first time, and I am still impressed with how beautifully your serums and creams are absorbed into the skin. I haven’t tried every brand that's out there, but the ones I have tried don't even come close to the Saranghae line. “I received 3 products from Saranghae. The dark spot combo and the moisturizer was offered free. LOVE the moisturizer---such a nice consistency and so easily absorbed---skin feels nourished. I think I need more time with the other 2---can't really tell if there is much difference maybe a little fading. I honestly dont know how dark spots could fade without laser treatment of some sort? I dunno...I will keep using it and see...”

“Purchased $132 worth of product from Saranghae Skincare in November, from where I had never had issues getting smaller priced deliveries. I was out of town til February, our complex could not open our mailbox til April, so I assumed it was in there, as the company's website tracker said it was delivered and it was nowhere on the premises - not on my porch, not in the common area, and not with any of the 11 tenants. Upon opening the mailbox there was nothing but letters, and the box was completely full. I still have those letters and can absolutely prove the dates and bulk fit in the months we were unable to open the box. I reviewed my order and remembered that this was a much larger order compared to previous orders (typically just cleanser or cleanser + cream), so it actually would not have fit into the mailbox, which is when I realized it was likely never delivered at all, as it would have been a cleanser set, masks, and free facial brush, all of which would have not fit into my mailbox, because it would have been a package. I reached out to the company to ask if it was perhaps returned to sender. They stated because it was outside the window, they could not assist, and to check with the courier. Despite several attempts to verify who the courier was, they refused to identify the local delivery service and keep insisting they have it marked as delivered. Anyone can provide a link with text stating something was delivered. Their tracking number does not correspond to any local courier services in the US, and they refuse to name any company and insist any tracking would have expired within 6 months, which is absolutely not true - I still have tracking receipts for USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL and other local carriers spanning years back. What's most concerning is how persistently they refuse to provide that data, or any verifiable evidence of the delivery, as any legitimate courier would be more than happy to confirm that they did indeed deliver the item. Due to their repeated insistence of refusing to aid in a legitimate investigation into the external delivery system, replacement or refund, it appears that this is an instance of fraud.”

Hello Jayce, This is a direct response from the co-founder. My team has already reached out on Instagram and via email, but for the sake of our customers and future customers who read our reviews, I will respond to your review here as well. We have an excellent customer care team, and we, as a brand, are very understanding of lost orders, and other issues that can arise from shipping to thousands of customers every month. The thing is, most of our customers approach us constructively and with grace. But you started your correspondence 6 months after your order was delivered with venom all over social media, calling us scammers and fraudsters. You were also very disrespectful to our customer care representatives. From myself down to our summer students, we will not tolerate that level of disrespect, full stop. It is unprofessional, uncalled-for, and inhuman. We have relationships with our long-time customers that span a decade. Any one of them will speak about how we treat our customers and how we go the extra mile in so many ways, from replacing lost orders, adding gifts to shipping to vacation destinations even if it's a country that we don't usually ship to. We are very proud of the relationships we've built with our customers over these last 10 years.
