I was ready to give up on Saranghae and return the products. I sent an email stating so and, received an Awesome email from Karen Wilson
Customer Care Specialist. Karen listen to me and advised me to made a change my routine. I did so and think it’s working but need to give it a few week. I am sooooo impressed with the customer service because they care and want to help!
