I think y’all need to put something on the page about not being able to access an online portal to change your orders. It’s ok you aren’t there yet- but i feel like you’re missing an opportunity to sell your customer service. I feel like you should push that you “call and talk to a helpful customer service rep right away” and really sell the yak to a human piece. A lot of these subscriptions get annoying bc you can’t remember your login or password and you could leverage that to say with y’all you’re just a phone call away.
