Helps reduce eye strain a lot! I read a lot of books on my tablet, and it has made a big difference. I used to get darkening of my vision after reading for an extended time, which was very disconcerting. Now I know why it was happening, and it doesn't anymore. I also like to read before sleeping, and the blue light doesn't impair my rest anymore. Thanks!
