I haven't actually use my lights yet since they're going to be for use up in our mountain home - in the bathroom. So, going on what the general public have to say about your lights, and reading the research you've done, I'm all in favor of producing more melatonin! I hope they work as advertised as I don't sleep well at night due to this infernal machine and the TV.
