I bought the low blue light night light and I absolutely love it. With a newborn nursing baby I need to have enough light to see when we wake up in the night. I found that I sleep 10 times better than with a normal night light. When I close my eyes I don't notice that there's a light on in my room. It's completely changed how well I sleep. I'm a believer now.
