Eight months since we made our initial "measurement" payment, and our blinds still haven't been installed. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong; and yet Lowe's continues to disavow any responsibility ... it's always the fault of their third-party "partners" (independent contractors)
By the way, Lowe's management needs to tell their independent contractors (delivery drivers) not to let themselves into customers' residences (garages) without the knowledge of & permission from the property owner.
Eight months and our blinds are stiil in the box (although we paid in-full about FIVE months ago.
