I ordered an electric range a week ago. They said it would be delivered on July 18th. They changed it to the 25th at the last second. We re-scheduled it to Tuesday the 21st since it was an available date. They moved it again to today, the 22nd. This morning the moved it AGAIN to the 24th. I've spent days off from work to make sure I was available. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I should be refunded some money for the money I've lost at work!

I came to the store to order and pay for an item that cost $223.77. I applied for the Lowe's credit card and I was quickly approved. I was told that I would get a 20%discount on my first purchase. I was happy about that. I felt encourage to buy more items. In addition I purchased items of $159 $6.08 $111.89 Plus my original purchase of $223.77 I was very disappointed and upset that I wasn't told that I would receive 20% off on the first $100 spent. Pretty sneaky Pretty misleading Pretty disappointing I have my little $100 discount but I won't shop at Lowe's anymore.

I bought all the appliances (ranges, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves) for 3 rental properties I own that were under construction, and purchased the 5 year warranties for all of them. I was told that if I didn't use any of the warranties I would get 30% back if I called within 60 days of warranties' expirations. I was told the warranty period would begin once the appliances were delivered and installed. That did not occur until 4 months after I had bought and paid for them because these units were under construction. So when I called to ask for my refund on the warranties I was told that they had expired 4 months from the date of purchase, rather than 4 months from the date of installation. I was given the wrong information -but if I had been given the correct information I could have put that earlier date on my calendar. I am disgusted with Lowes and will not be buying more appliances from them and certainly do not recommend them to anyone. These warranty plans are TERRIBLE anyway - you will spend hours and hours on the phone trying to get service when a repair is needed. And you will not have a choice on who will come - my experience with the two appliances that did require service was awful - never again will I deal with Lowes warranties - or with Lowes appliances for that matter

I had a terrible experience checking out at the Lowe’s in Robinson PA. I had purchased an outdoor flower at the greenhouse, and I did not have a receipt printed at checkout. I needed to back in the store part and the young man gave me hand made receipt with his name and department and to call with any issues. The older man Steve in the store checkout was not nice and said that was a first and took a picture and I felt like he thought I was stealing the $8.00 flower. Please teach your employees to handle things with respect and professionalism.

We recently ordered a replacement dishwasher online. We chose to pay the $250.00 for delivery, the 40 minute installation, and takeaway by a contracted 2nd party. THEN because a $20.00 bracket that took five minutes and two screws to install was used, we were charged an additional $170.00. I consider this a ripoff. Buyer beware

I’ve been taking my kids to Lowe’s to do the free workshop and they’ve been collecting the badges to get a toolbox and today we went and I asked for the jr badge because they’re both have past 6 badges and the lady at our local Lowe’s argued with me and pretty much was calling me a liar when I said they we’re supposed to give us their jr badges, you could tell she didn’t even wanna find out anything further because when I was pulling it up to show her where they do give us the badges she ignored me and walked away. The workers were very rude and you honestly could tell they didn’t wanna do the workshop to begin with. Very disappointed with them today and both of my toddlers were so heartbroken they didn’t get their badges for reach their halfway point. Definitely won’t be going back to that Lowe’s anymore!!

I bought the pella 250 series windows from lowes. I ordered black exterior and white interior. When I removed the screens off the front windows, the entire window was not painted black. Where the screen is you could see two white lines. If you get a window custom it should be custom and not half done. Also the sash locks were white and very visible from the street. So, you see beautiful black windows and your eyes take you to the 11 white locks sticking up. I was not offered a different sash color lock. I do see online that they have a color called fossil. Wish I was informed about other colors for the locks when I purchased these windows. I paid a lot of money and don't love what i purchased. For those who want pella windows from lowes think again. Bad customer service and not a very well made window. The guy at lowes in wilmington also ordered the wrong window size for my kitchen window so I'm still waiting on that item to be delivered. I ordered the windows in March. I also cut the screen part out. Only way I could get rid of the screen without seeing the white strip.

I was at the Lowes in Spfld, Ohio in the garden center on June 10, 2026. My cashier was Becky. I have been going to this location for many years. Becky has been my go-to cashier many many times. She is awesome, always friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. My dog Jack loves her and gets so excited when he sees her. I want to thank Becky for all she does and let you know she is a great employee. She gets 5+ stars from us for sure!! :)

this is the second time I have used online pick-up and both times my order not ready for pick-up. The orders had to be picked in the yard. After saying my order was ready, It was not and I waited an hour for service the second time. I will not shop at the Bangor lowes again!!! Not a happy shopper

Zero stars if I could. I ordered a cooktop in February and spent the next 3 months calling nearly twice a week with zero updates, zero follow-through from managers who promised callbacks, and zero accountability. I spent $850 out of pocket on a permit and gas inspection — required by Lowe's own installer — on top of $3,000+ for the cooktop, installation, and warranty. After three months, the cooktop finally arrived. Lowe's plumber came to install it, and near the end of the job declared it defective. My original, perfectly working cooktop had already been removed and taken away. I now have no stove at home — with a 3-year-old child. To make it worse, my warranty started in February and has been running the entire time the product sat uninstalled. I've spoken to multiple managers and supervisors. Not one followed up. If you're considering Lowe's for a major appliance or installation, think twice. The customer service breakdown at every level has been staggering.

I had a serious medical event in the store. 911 was not called, they made me pay for water and insisted I get my car and leave. I was on the floor in their garden center for quite some time. I called the corporate office on three occasions and called two managers at the local store. No call was EVER returned. This occurred on March 19th. My email was not answered.

Purchased an AC unit. Put it in and it did not cool. Took it back to Lowe’s and because I didn’t bring it back in 48 hours they said return it to the mfg. GE told me Lowe’s is suppose to take it back if it’s in the 90 day period, which it was. So now I’m out $186.00. WONT BE BUYING A DAMN THING AT LOWES EVER AGAIN!

My husband and I shopped at Lowes in Franklin, Indiana for 35 years, and he recently passed away so I came in to buy flowers to dedicate a flower bed for him because Spring was his favorite. Never in my 35 years of shopping here have I had quite the experience as I did with Alexis. She was energetic, had lots of ideas, and helped me find absolutely everything I needed. She even recommended me stuff I hadn't thought of. Not only that, but she walked with me to my car and loaded it all up for me! I don't know where she came from, but she is wonderful. God bless her.

I went in 12 minutes before classic and Biresh not only helped me get my large garden items, he then proceeded to help put them into my car, which was no small feat, considering I had to lower my convertible top to make room (which took some time as the trunk was full). All this and he would absolutely not accept any tip at all!!! Biresh is my hero

Lowe’s sucks! I will never shop at a Lowe’s again, I’m a 21 year retired AIRFORCE veteran and they don’t give veterans discounts , on certain items witch is what I buy , so why even support veterans , if you not going to give the 10% to all items . This message is probably not going to mean anything, because that’s the way corporations work , just wanted to voice my opinion. There are mom and pop shops that need the business and I will do business with them , so Lowe’s don’t do the veterans any favors by saying to give 10% off , and then say it’s only for certain items, such BS .

Bought a Midea stove and refrigerator on 2/7/26 and both have gone bad in less than 3 months. Frozen food started to thaw and called Midea. It took them a week to send out a technician who said it was the board. It took a couple more days to get the board- then it still didn't work. In the meantime a friend loaned us one and we put it on our carport and I had to park my car in guest parking at the community we live in. Well- my car got hit no one left a note or anything. Back to Lowes... Midea issued an RGA for us to return the product. The Appliance manager sold us another non Midea brand in which I had to pay for. He told us he needed the sticker from the back or a photo of it and then will schedule a pickup of the defective refrigerator. I tried multiple times calling the store to speak with him, no one ever picked up in appliances so we had to drive to the store to speak with him. When my husband asked when the pick-up would be- Keep in mind what hillbillies we look like with this non-working refrigerator in our carport. Tom, the appliance manger is now telling us its Midea's fault that he can not schedule the pick up. So, I call Midea and they are telling me it is Lowe's fault- they can call Midea and get a confirmation number in order to schedule pick up. I hate being lied to- and Im really dissapointed in Lowes as well as Midea. I don't think you should tell a customer something then change the story a few days later. Midea was also terrible to deal with, and Lowes should consider selling better products as well as tell their employees to be honest with customers. Another issue is when I look up the purchase of my new refrigerator, I do not see it there but it sure is on my credit card!!!!

I saw a little maple tree in a small pot. There was no price or sticker on it. I told the employee I wanted to buy it because Im old and any other trees come in large pots and I cant dig a hole big enough. She went to talk to a manager; came back without the tree saying , Sorry, we cant find a number for it. I asked couldn’t the manager just price it ? No, not happening . So… I left the store without buying the cart full of plants. If they are going to set the tree aside and ignore it, let it die, when I would’ve taken great care of it and planted it??? Not shopping there any longer. Just the last straw in being treated poorly there .
