Was pleased with our shopping experience at Lowes on Lake Underhill Rd in Orlando today, 3/2/2026. Upon entering the store we were greeted several times by employees wanting to help us find what we were looking for. The departments we entered were staffed with employees waiting to help us find the product we were looking for. This is a great improvement over the last several years, trying to find a employee just to ask a question. I have enjoyed shopping at Lowes but this experience was outstanding.

We went into Lowes in durant oklahoma and found a drill set that was marked for 44.98 it was not the actual price when my husband tried to get the store manager to show him what was priced for the amount that he had posted he could not find anything for that price. If you are going to have a price posted in big large letters then honor that price or at least have something on the shelf for that price. The manager was not very friendly or helpful and this pricing issue needs to be addressed before someone else has the same issues. The store number is 2214 the store manager is Skyler Harris.

To begin with, the refrigerator should have been scheduled to have been delivered a week ago. When the delivery guys left today, we were taking the tape off of refrigerator and noticed the big dent and scratch near the bottom on the side. BAD DELIVERY GUYS!!! This whole process has been a **** show and you can never get in touch with anyone to help.

I buy there lumber not much else .I was in there store on 2/20/26 loading lumber on cart and this young lowes employee is staring at me I guess to try to intimadate me did not work ,once I stared back at him and he scurried away . so much for ending there dei policys,home depot or the lumber yards nextime

Do NOT buy appliances from Lowe's!! Purchased a brand new fridge as well as paying for delivery that Lowe's had set up delivery for, day of delivery 2 random men in an unmarked van tried to deliver a damaged dented fridge. After hours of aggravation we were able to locate another fridge with zero help and lots of attitude from Lowe's. Once again Lowe's set up delivery and again another unmarked truck showed up with 2 random men to deliver who damaged my kitchen floor !!! Lowe's will take zero accountability and said that I need to take this up with the so called "professional " delivery company that Lowe's hired! It has been months with no resolution or help.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I needed one bathroom door replaced. I went to the store at grant and the boulevard with my measurements. They suggested I send someone out to measure at no charge. The man who came out was abrupt and rude. The process was he would measure and sit down with us and go over estimate. He said he forgot to charge his computer and did not have charger. He said would send us estimated. I wanted an inexpensive door approximately $150. Later that day i got the estimate and it was $750. There was no breakdown of costs. I was very upset but decided to take a ride to the store. I eventually worked my way up to a supervisor of Millwork department. The information was not loaded yet so she gave me her phone number and/or a promise to call. I called in 48 hours. Was told she was busy and would call back. I never heard from her. Called next day she was not in but would be in next day but not sure what time. The gentleman from millwork said call me back to let me know. I am still waiting for that call. When in the store staff seemed helpful. I wanted an explanation on cost. But as it turns out they couldn’t bother to get back. It all worked out I found someone to do work including the door for $300. Will not be using Lowe’s again.

Charlene in the Castlerock, Colorado Lowes paint department went above and beyond with her service and help in selecting the proper paint and even added advice about the best ways to complete our project efficiently. She was incredible and I/we will look for her again when we shop there.

Never order on line with lowes. Recieved only part of my order. Was not reimbursed for the short age despite several attempts. The lose was several hundred dollars.

Lowes Conroe Texas. Painting dept. Dean is a master paint specialist. Hes helped me during the last 11 months. Hes accurate, patient, courteous, and has that Wow in and out satisfaction every time. It feels so good to go to that paint dept. EVERYTIME. *****

Website delivery promise date for items instock are inaccurate. If you need it asap best to pick it up yourself. Delayed promised deliveries are not only an inconvenience but are costly. Customer service can't help. All customer service can do is apologize. There is no accountability for delays.

The delivery drivers were awesome and let them know have medical conditions and have a hard time moving things so they took care of everything unboxing bringing it in the house and hooking it up taking the old stove. These guys are awesome thank you so much.

Mr. Steve (who is in his 70s I think!) helped me tremendously 2/16/26 when I needed a particular power strip cord that was not restocked & he brought down for me. It ended up not having the end I needed, so I left store. He yelled for me in the parking lot that he had found what I needed! I returned to purchase it & the pipe I needed for it, again with his expert help. He had also made 2 keys for me earlier... Without his persistance I would had left without what I came for, but instead made several purchases with his assistance. Thank you Mr. Steve. You are THE BEST!!!
