Website delivery promise date for items instock are inaccurate. If you need it asap best to pick it up yourself. Delayed promised deliveries are not only an inconvenience but are costly. Customer service can't help. All customer service can do is apologize. There is no accountability for delays.

I don't even know where to start. i purchased a fridge back in February. i has broken down 3 times already. I called them today and they asked if i had an extended warranty . I have one but I purchased through Frigidaire. they will not honor it. They said i had to purchase though them. I bought a lemon. I want to return it. they wont take it back.

2 years ago, when we moved to Inverness, Florida, I was so impressed by the excellent service from all the Loews associates. Now it's gone downhill fast. At my latest event with Loews, I stopped in to buy lumber, but I needed it cut. The floor assistant told me 'I would have to pay for it. I said ok. After paying for it, I was then told that the cutting machine is not operating. So I had to stand in line to return my purchase. Because it didn't fit in my vehicle. This was a week ago. I called today the machine is still not operating, they have no idea when it going to be fixed. Lowes is surely on its way out.

I bought a wireless charger for the convenience, but it led to giving me more headaches than anything. The charging was incredibly inconsistent, and it gave me a lot of problems. I was able to exchange it but having to do all the paperwork and time spent for communication was a hassle.

Using the app on my phone. I placed an order and forgot to choose "curbside pickup". Tried to go into the app and correct it and found no way to do this. Googled how to do this and it said call the store to change it. I called the store and was told they were unable to change it. I went back into the app and tried to fix it thru the AI they have available. Could not get the correct results through there either. I've found the app to be very inflexible at various times and am beyond frustrated. I've written bad reviews numerous times with i consider to be constructive criticism and I truly believe they don't even read the reviews. I use Lowes as my main source for home improvement projects but am looking into switching to Menards or Home Depot.

The only reason I gave Lowe's two stars is because they do have a wide variety of products so I can purchase many items across the building Spectrum at one location. Their customer service however is sorely lacking. If you look online they have horrible customer service reviews and that was my experience as well. You would think that a company this large would put more emphasis on customer service. It isn't that they don't have a lot of Associates, they do! However in my experience for example, there were hardly any customer service Associates in the aisles to assist Shoppers in locating what it is they needed. The associates don't even really need to have much firsthand knowledge about what would be the best in terms of Plumbing or electrical or whatever. They just need to be able to direct customers where the item might be that they are looking for. Instead we found a group of at least eight women in their little vests up front gossiping by the checkout area. They weren't operating a check out, in fact the check out at the rear of the store only had one lady with a line 10 people long trying to check people out. Come on Lowe's. You can do better than this

Well, I thought I had already written a review. Maybe that goes to a different site?? I had an amazing experience at the Lowe’s store in my town that I live in. Bob was amazing. He was so kind and funny made me feel super comfortable about my order. I received several text saying between 10 and 2 PM on Sunday. I would have my delivery and that was true. They showed up at 1:30 PM. There was two men in black hoodies and I’m a single woman and it terrified me. I mean, I hate the stigma of people that wear black hoodies, but it scared me nonetheless. Neither of the two men considered shutting my door, so I made sure that I would shut it behind them. Only one of the delivery guys spoke somewhat English the other one I’m assuming did not because he did not turn his head once he literally refused to look at me or acknowledge me as a homeowner, and that made me even more on edge. To where I was on the phone with one of my male friends and I said I don’t feel comfortable. I don’t like this guy he scares me. They took out my old appliances and they hooked up my new appliances again very minimal communication as they either spoke Ukrainian or Russian, and I just felt lost in the process and disrespected. I don’t think I will ever ever order anything again that has to be delivered and if I do, I’m gonna make sure I know that they speak English and that they’re kind and considerate.

Lowes is the worse experience I have ever had. The delivery guys treated us with no respect at all. After four days of trying to get a refrigerator, I will NEVER deal with this company again. From sales to management nothing but misinformation. And they made it clear they don't care anything about their customers.

I wish that my lows could be successful but They hire many losers that run away when see customers or the store could be gost town. I also noticed they don’t have product mix. Home Depot is busy with many veteran associates. If they want to compete they must improve the customer satisfaction . Hope they can improve!

Purchased a dishwasher 3.20.25 at check out purchased delivery/install and haul away. In checkout process it indicated rapid delivery/ the product has not even left Tampa - to be delivered to Fort Myers; with scheduled install still under a veil of mystery. Very disappointing process. To boot, they state it’s been documented (they being 3 representatives) each saying that the the process is confusing. Moreover, that I can’t have documentation of our conversations. Seriously? After spending 3k+ for 2 washer/dryer stacks, come to find out that they did not include the one kits to make them stack. Got sold 4 other kits, but not the 2 I really needed. Customer service said order new ones and drive back or pay another delivery fee. No accommodation or consideration. So much for service.

Needed romex 12-2g electrical wire. I found it but locked up in cage. I understand, people are stealing it. I contacted employee to open cage she said she would call someone, no one ever came. Went on Amazon and found the same wire cheaper and delivered to my house the next morning. Which one would you use? Da

We ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s website. Paid for delivery, installation, and haul away. The delivery guys refused to setup the refrigerator so we had to call another person to install. Then he told us he would working in the area and would return to pickup the old refrigerator within a few hours all we had to do was give him a call The new guy showed up within 10mins of the delivery guys leaving and did the install himself. We call the Lowe’s delivery guys to come back to pick up the old refrigerator they first lied and said they would be back soon then they proceeded to ignore our calls. Long story short the Lowe’s delivery guy lied and was very unprofessional. Lowe’s gave us a $25 gift card for the inconvenience however at the cost of 2 refrigators seating in my kitchen over the next few days while waiting for another crew to come back to haul away. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BIG PIECE OF APPLIANCE FROM LOWES AND I WILL ALSO NEVER USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES!

I came into the store the buy a Blink Security Camera 2-pk. I looked for about 5 minutes to get someone to help me bc the cameras were under lock. I then went to customer service to have them page someone to help me. Waited 8 minutes and no one showed up. Went back to CS, they paged for help, waited 11 minutes and again no help. Went to employee in paint dept. and was told I had to go to CS for help in finding someone to help me. Went to cashier and she told me I had to go to CS bc she couldn’t help me. Went to CS a third time and they found someone to open the locked case to retrieve the Blink camera box. The employee did not hand me the box, but brought it to the checkout and scanned it. I then paid and left. When I got home I noticed the package had been opened. I looked inside and all of the packing material was gone, parts lose and the usb cable missing. It’s not just Lowe’s, it’s everywhere. But, I would tell Lowe’s that CS is everything, and if this is the new normal, I’ll start ordering from other sites online.

I ordered a refrigerator and it was to be delivered the next day. When the delivery crew arrived, the unloaded the refrigerator on it's side! That is the wrong way to handle a refrigerator, it can ruin the compressor) They brought the refrigerator inside and immediately connected it to electricity and turned it on. Now I have. refrigerator that I am uncertain of its longevity or reliability. I am going to contact Lowes and let them know I do not approve of their delivery!

The Lowe’s representative to purchase and install the water heater was very nice in the beginning. Once payment was made, I couldn’t reach him at all! He would never return my calls. I finally got a hold of him by using someone else’s telephone to which he responded! I’m missing the manual and warranty papers. I finally called the manufacture and was told that I had to download 40 pages!. I don’t have enough ink or paperwork. I went to Lowe’s to complain but they told me they had nothing to do with the purchase etc. the unit was sold to me by a third party and they were responsible for everything. I thought I had bought it from Lowe’s!!!! I used a Lowe’s credit card to pay for it! This is absurd! Don’t buy from Lowe’s, you’re not really buying from them! So now I’m putting a stop payment on the card

Quoted a roof because of a good Lowes experience by our neighbor. This WAS NOT our experience. First and foremost, Lowes sent a contractor to quote. We signed on LOWES website but found out that all warranty was the responsibility of the contractor. This included both materials and workmanship. Workmanship was substandard as well. Navigating Lowes Corporate was not a pleasant experience. In the end, we were told "this is how it is" - AFTER the work was done. Bottom line - if you need a roof, get a LOCAL roofing contractor. I have not entered a Lowes store in over one year and was a loyal customer for the last 30 years. My late father was a loyal general contractor who introduced me to Lowes. If he were around, he would not believe my experience.

I bought a water heater, suppoesedly, from Lowe’s! Their , third party installer was very nice. I had it installed, several days later, after my first appointment fell through with them. The installer was nice and pleasant and supposedly did a good job. However, I was never given the manual or warranty papers!!! I’ve been calling Shannon, who took care of me in the beginning for payment and scheduling. Now that the unit was installed and payment was made, he never, never, never pick up my calls!!! I cslled him via another telephone number in which he answered! This was a week age. I still haven’t got the paperwork and again he does not answer my call! This is lousy customer service. I would never, never, never order an appliance or unit from Lowe’s. The other problem is that the installer also services Home Depot, so I guess I won’t be using them either!!! Beware when purchasing from Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s to complain, but they just ignored me and told me they have nothing to do with third party!

Lowe’s lowered my credit limit because I haven’t used my card in a good while. So they penalized you for not using your card. Really! What a way to keep a customer relationship. Unbelievable! I think I will just go to Home Depot.
