Hazleton store is a mess can't find any employee to help when you find someone they are clueless and can't help you happend on several occasions ask to speak to manager was told he went home it was 3pm on a weekday store is a joke

We continue to have issues with a flooring installation at our home since October 2023. We did the entire first floor of our home with carpet and flooring. The material has been good so far; however, the installation workmanship was very low quality. We have tried to work through the Lowes store and their installation contractor but have not received a serious response. We have sent multiple descriptions and pictures of the install but have only received delays, excuses and avoidance. There have been several instances that we are promised "someone' will call or a work order was created to address the issue, only no one calls. When we followed up, we were told they stopped the work order and didn't even tell us. Last Friday we were told someone would call on Tuesday to set up an appointment, it's now Wednesday evening and still no one has called. Their customer satisfaction is absolutely terrible. We are so sorry and upset we contracted with Lowes and will not purchase major products or projects from them again.

I like Lowes actually but when I went in to buy some plexiglass and have it cut there was a sign that said “out of order”. OK I said. these things happen but after going to 2 other Lowes and seeing other “out of order“signs on the same machine I realized it should have said “We are understaffed and no one can help you now.”I could accept that except the gas I wasted going all over the city to the other Lowes and in my frustration I bought a sheet of plexiglass and tried to cut it myself at home and screwed it up. now I’m out $50 bucks and gas because they weren’t honest with me. Maybe there was a simultaneous breaking down of ALL the plexiglass cutters in all the Lowes but I doubt it.

I was lied to every step of the way. I’m possible to speak to a real person in “Customer Service.” Had to pay $79.00 to get a lawn mower delivered because I no longer at age 74 have the strength to get it off my truck and as a widow without any help it would be impossible. The assured me it would be delivered set up and even spoke with a so-called manager. Denied the set-up promise. Was told they would call two hours before delivery. Instead a non-English speaker shows up unannounced at my door to drop the boxed mower at the foot of my driveway. I will never buy from Lowe’s again, let alone pay rediculous charges and get no customer service. They expect y.ou to do all the work for them online. I am a widow and have no one to run interference for me.

Refused to haul off my old washer even though I paid for it. Said it had water in it. My wife drained 4oz out and finally convinced the guy to take it. WILL NOT BUY FROM LOWES AGAIN

I am writing about the customer Service organization or lack there of, I have never been treated like I have been on this project. I am working on regarding an umbrella return I have been on hold for two hours being passed from one person to the next and never having my issue resolved. I have been hung up on sent to individuals that cannot or will not resolve my situation

My wife and I bought a couple of dills plants to plant with our tomato plants. When we purchased them, they looked pretty bad, almost dead. We asked the associate if they think the plants would make it. She stated that if they don’t, come back and we will replace them. I went back today to get them replaced and customer service stated that Lowe’s cannot return them without the dead plants. This was unreal to me.

Dora working the register at the Goldsboro lowes has been rude both times we have come to this store. My husband told her where the barcode to the wood was since she couldn’t find it. She said “Do you mind if I ring this up? Can I ring this up? You don’t mind do you?” Very rudely and gave up the most hatefullest look. I love this store but this employ need a talking to better training with customers.

I had a laminate floor installed in my kitchen a few years ago. The initial install went well, but within days, one of the seams on a transition strip started to pop up, and the uneven area made me trip and almost fall (I'm a senior), as it is in the center of my kitchen. Lowe's sent out a subcontractor to fix the problem area. I believe in all, it was "repaired" twice, by two different workers. Now, here I am experiencing the same exact issue, several years later (it was never fixed properly). To make matters worse, when I was sweeping a few weeks ago, a SECOND transition strip in a different area detached completely, and is now leaning against the wall! I am not sure I would purchase another laminate floor from Lowe's as they seem unable to get this done right!

Today I went to the Lowe’s in Auburndale Fl. @ 5:59 went to the floor and tile department and no one was there but I was able to find what I needed . Went to pay and there were no registers there. Just what I call theft machines. I do get the military discount that I do appreciate, Thank you. But a lady had to come over and scan the back of my driver licenses?? What are you looking for and what are you using the info for. I hope I will never have to do that again. I will only go back to get the bird seed that I can take to the garden shop.

I have had to return 2 items in 2 days that did not have all the parts and one even had the wrong instructions. I'm currently waiting for a dishwasher to be delivered and now I'm concerned that it will be used and missing parts as well. I'm very disappointing, went to return for the 2nd time today and I did not even get an apology . We are in the middle of a remodel and I may just be driving further to go to Homedepot.

The fence measure guy from the contractor missed 2 appointments and I was not notified that he was not coming. So I called Home Depot and they had the measurements the next day and quote and scheduled the installation in a weeks time, as opposed to Lowe’s in 3 weeks.

Very hard to get help at Lowes, I have waited 20 minutes for some one to help me with tiles. Also the website is horrible ,totally confusing, impossible to find anything. I much prefer HD where help is easy to find. Their website is pretty bad also but much better than Lowes.

I had a new washer and dryer delivered. The doors on the washer and dryer hit each other. I asked delivery guys if they could switch the appliances around the one guy was snippy and said then we have to go to truck and get longer hoses he was in a hurry and was mad I asked so I said never mind then. They also left all the Styrofoam all over the floor and threw their garbage on my counters. Left it very messy.

Because a chainsaw chain and blade kit was not put on its hanger securely he went to look at a chainsaw the kit came flying off the hanger hitting him in the eye and face, his eye and face are really hurting him tonight.

I like this lowes location, and the workers are friendly, I absolutely do not do well on Lowes Website. Maybe Its me, but it hasn't been very user friendly.

yes my name is Robert i purchased a 36 inch black stone griddle on 9/5 for $ 499.00 and on 9/6 i was in walmart and saw the same griddle for $ 297.00 i was shocked and angry that lowes was so much more i have spent a lot of money through the years with them thats over how much profit do you need to make very shameful of you with the world like it is my order # 78508665 this was at the cape coral florida on pine island rd.

I bought a washing machine and arranged to have it installed. They contracted the delivery and installation with Penske and sent Ray Rodriguez and his assistant. They left without fully testing it and the machine vibrated loudly and moved a lot. When I called to have it fixed, Lowes sent two gentlemen from Kapital transportation who quickly discovered that several mistakes were made. These include improper leveling, failure to remove the drum locks, and improper installation of the drain hose. This poor installation could have caused damage to the machine and home.

I usually don't leave negative reviews. That being said I hope to save others from the frustration that Lowe's creates because they refuse fix the problem of delivery issues. Two stars instead of of one is because they delivered on time, the first time we ordered (washer and dryer) an appliance. The second order was for a fridge. We had to reschedule delivery. They arrived a week late and 3 hours after window without calling. So we figured it was just a one time issue. Then we ordered a cook top and over. This time they didn't show up and no phone call. I called to see where my items were and it turned out the delivery drivers were tired that day and went home early ?! A week later our appliances arrived. I opened the box to see my pretty new cook top. What was in the box was a thousand pieces of broken glass. two weeks later the new cooktop was finally delivered. This one was also broken. The frame was bent and the unit didn't work. We couldn't get it replaced unless we tried to get it fixed first. It was under warranty still I had to get a repairman to come and diagnose the problem, a part was ordered and then I waited a month with out it coming in. After some arguing about who should replace it (the manufacturer or Lowe's) I was given a replacement. This time we went to the store to pick it up. When we arrived I asked them to open the box before we left. It had a big crack down the middle. 40 minute drive to Lowe's 40 minute drive home! re ordered another cooktop finally after 6 months we had a one that was not broken or bent and worked. Well We gave them one more chance because you can't mess up that many times right? Wrong! Ordered a fridge for our garage, August 14th received a text in the evening to be ready for delivery the next day. got a text that morning( Aug 15th) saying thee couldn't deliver. I called to see why and they said it didn't get put on the delivery truck, "we are sorry for the inconvenience". Well it won't be an inconvenience for us again. Please read the reviews. Many other people have had the same issue with deliveries from Lowe's. Pay a little more if you need to, you'll avoid the frustration of incompetent delivery service and they haven't fixed the problem.

I just watched a tv commercial about how much lowes stand behind there veterans they even have special parking place. Wow I'm so impressed as they gut the military discount program. I was a very loyal lowes customer but no longer. we have not only lowes but both menard and home depot in this area,
