To begin with, the refrigerator should have been scheduled to have been delivered a week ago. When the delivery guys left today, we were taking the tape off of refrigerator and noticed the big dent and scratch near the bottom on the side. BAD DELIVERY GUYS!!! This whole process has been a **** show and you can never get in touch with anyone to help.

I buy there lumber not much else .I was in there store on 2/20/26 loading lumber on cart and this young lowes employee is staring at me I guess to try to intimadate me did not work ,once I stared back at him and he scurried away . so much for ending there dei policys,home depot or the lumber yards nextime

Do NOT buy appliances from Lowe's!! Purchased a brand new fridge as well as paying for delivery that Lowe's had set up delivery for, day of delivery 2 random men in an unmarked van tried to deliver a damaged dented fridge. After hours of aggravation we were able to locate another fridge with zero help and lots of attitude from Lowe's. Once again Lowe's set up delivery and again another unmarked truck showed up with 2 random men to deliver who damaged my kitchen floor !!! Lowe's will take zero accountability and said that I need to take this up with the so called "professional " delivery company that Lowe's hired! It has been months with no resolution or help.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I needed one bathroom door replaced. I went to the store at grant and the boulevard with my measurements. They suggested I send someone out to measure at no charge. The man who came out was abrupt and rude. The process was he would measure and sit down with us and go over estimate. He said he forgot to charge his computer and did not have charger. He said would send us estimated. I wanted an inexpensive door approximately $150. Later that day i got the estimate and it was $750. There was no breakdown of costs. I was very upset but decided to take a ride to the store. I eventually worked my way up to a supervisor of Millwork department. The information was not loaded yet so she gave me her phone number and/or a promise to call. I called in 48 hours. Was told she was busy and would call back. I never heard from her. Called next day she was not in but would be in next day but not sure what time. The gentleman from millwork said call me back to let me know. I am still waiting for that call. When in the store staff seemed helpful. I wanted an explanation on cost. But as it turns out they couldn’t bother to get back. It all worked out I found someone to do work including the door for $300. Will not be using Lowe’s again.

Never order on line with lowes. Recieved only part of my order. Was not reimbursed for the short age despite several attempts. The lose was several hundred dollars.

Feel ripped off. Ordered a new washer, delivered friday. Called saturday as it was making loud bang noises. Techs came monday told me they'd be sending a new one. Checked on this tuesday only to be told that no such thing will happen and luckily I paid for a warranty that might work to have it fixed. Lowes said return period was 48 hours. A little suspect when the techs can't come out for three days. I can't recommend purchasing through them. the online chat people were very helpful comparatively, but as a company this is poor behavior.

I ordered a stackable washer/dryer on the web. I called the store & spoke with the Appliance guy. I asked if there was anything else I needed to buy & get said no. It was delivered today. Not only did i need to buy a cord & venting but the measurements on the ad were wrong. The delivery guys were fantastic! They worked very hard to get it in the house. I called Lowes & they said to have them put it in the truck. No response when I told her that specs were wrong on the ad. I will not buy anything else at Lowe's! Shameless!

We bought a dishwasher Nov. 18 2025. A Lowes-contracted plumber installed it on Nov. 18, 2025, but there was no dishwasher handle, and he said he would contact Lowes and get one. Well, after numerous calls we made to Lowes with no result, and now it is Jan. 27, 2026 and still no handle!

We have been dealing with an exterior door issue since July 2025. I have filed a complaint with corporate and my contact person doesn't seem to know what is going on. She called me a few minutes ago to ask me if I have the door before they have someone come to install it, the installer should bring the door how am I supposed to get it? We have spent a lot of money on this door. I don't recommend Lowe's. The original door was not inspected after they installed it, we noticed it was not flush. Reported it, however the person that took the initial call never logged it. That's when a formal complaint was reported. It's now 6 months later and still waiting. I am done with Lowe's.

Lowe's Home Improvement sucks! I ordered a freezer on Jan 8...waited until January 17 so I could get a Saturday delivery. Wednesday the 14th they confirmed via text the delivery on the 17th. I cleared my day...I was expecting a call the night before to give me a time which I never received. I went online to find out they changed the delivery date without informing me. The delivery was moved and was supposed to receive it today. I received an appt between 10-2. I received a call at 930 to tell me they were on their way and to let me know it was damaged do I still want it. I said no so they ordered me a new one. I called customer service and explained it all to them. They transfered me to the distribution center...I explained it all again. They couldn't help me so they transfered me back to customer service and explained it again. The agent said they will get me a new one but it's out of stock until the 3rd...but they would deliver to me on the 1st. How would they deliver something not in stock. He back peddled and said ..no it will be instock Jan 31...BS. he said once it's delivered I will get a courtesy credit. I told him I want a freezer they have in-stock as to avoid this delivery issue and they could apply the courtesy credit to that freezer. After waiting 5-10 more minutes he said he would give me $40. I told him my 2 wasted days was worth more than $40 and to cancel my order and will not be buying from them ever! They are ridiculous...$40?

I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s return policy, specifically regarding Christmas gifts. While most major retailers extend their return windows during the holiday season to accommodate gift-giving, Lowe’s remains incredibly rigid. ​I attempted to return a gift that didn't work out, only to be told it was past the "30-day window" or that "seasonal items" are final sale once the holiday passes. This policy is completely out of touch with how people shop in December. If you buy a gift in late November or early December, the 30-day window is essentially gone by the time the recipient even opens it on Christmas Day. ​Most of their competitors (like Home Depot or Walmart) offer a much more reasonable "Holiday Guarantee" that lasts through the end of January. By sticking to such a short window, Lowe's makes it nearly impossible to return gifts that don’t fit, are duplicates, or simply aren't needed. ​Pros: None for gift-givers. Cons: Short return windows, no holiday extensions, and zero managerial discretion for gift returns. ​Bottom Line: Do not buy Christmas gifts here unless you are 100% sure they won’t need to be returned. I’ll be taking my holiday business to retailers that actually value customer convenience during the most expensive time of year.

I went to buy 50 feet of wire. Lowes price $177.00. The exact wire on Amazon is $66.00. Lowes is a rip off i order from Amazon. When I am buying anything at Lowes I check Amazon price to make sure Lowes is not ripping me off.

I bought kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Lowes. Luckily I didn’t use their installers or countertop people as both were non responsive. The Cabot’s came wrong and missing pieces but our installers fixed the problems at our cost. It took 6 months to get some pieces that were missing. Then we discovered half the drawers had the right guide hardware and half had the wrong hardware. After 5 months the manufacturer sent us the right hardware but Lowes refused to get it installed. Please don’t use them for any half way large project

Ordered a gas dryer and an LP conversion kit, dryer came dented and no conversion kit on the delivery truck. This was the second time there was a screw up with my deliveries, the first time it was with a dishwasher we ordered that came without the hookup that was ordered with it I refused the dryer because of damage and missing parts, I will never order from Lowe’s again.

I placed my kitchen order on September 3rd, and since then the project has been delayed repeatedly with no proper communication from Lowe’s. I reviewed the kitchen on October 27th after receiving an inspector, who informed me—only at that time—that electrical work needed to be completed urgently so installation could begin. I was never told this earlier. Installation finally started on November 3rd, but the installers stopped working without notifying me. Since that day, I have repeatedly tried to call and communicate with Lowe’s, but the issue has not been properly resolved. I was later informed that missing parts were ordered and will not arrive until December 8th . This means that from September 3rd until December, almost nothing has been completed. My home has been left in poor condition, and I cannot continue any other work in my house until the kitchen is finished. This causes me to lose the labor I already hired and forces me to find additional contractors, which increases costs.With two children and one dog, we have been forced to order food from outside because we have no kitchen. This is unhealthy, extremely expensive, and has caused tremendous stress for my family. My high-school son has been unable to concentrate on his studies because of the chaotic environment. My dog has been confined to a single room due to the damage and unsafe conditions in the house.Lowe’s has refused to refund the money so that I can hire another contractor to finish the kitchen as soon as possible. We have been living in this difficult condition for months, and now until December 5th with no resolution.

Local stores are ok to deal with nothing great . But if you call their 1-855 phone for customer service it is a nightmare !! None of them knows what they are doing and they are all extremely dumb and lazy ! Only go there because it’s closer to us . But no need to do business with them unless you have to .
