Called in today, placed on hold for 16 minutes, transferred to hardware when I was calling for lawn and garden. Got snapped at by the lil girl in lawn and garden for being transferred to her department. Rude and disrespectful customer service

My new unopened water heater that I cannot use due to discontinued propane service cannot be exchanged for an electric tankless unit because we are past the 30 day limit. I now have a new water heater that is useless to me, I was told nothing can be done, so what do I do with this new unit, just throw it away? I wasn’t told about a 30 day limit, just the 90 day return window, so basically I was lied to. Where do you think I should get the new tankless unit from?

Ordered a cooktop and was given a pickup date 7/22/05. Hired a plumber to install on this date. Store pickup was not delivered. Called store repeat and was just put on hold called customer service and after an hour was just told sorry . Tried to cancel order with customer service they transferred me back to original store in egg harbor where they don’t answer phone. My advice , stay away from loews

Ordered a sink and faucet on lowes.com. the money, $550, showed in my banks pending column but also 2 other charges one for the faucet and one for the sink so a total of $1100 sitting in my pending column. I only ordered one sink and one faucet. So I called my bank because I thought there was a hack, canceled my card and called lowes to cancel the order. Lowe's said they only see the one charge, the store only sees the other 2 charges, and neither one of them, the store or customer service for Lowe's can cancel the order. They said it was because it was coming from a 3rd party distributor. I called them, they said it can only be canceled by Lowe's. So now I'm hoping 2 of the charges will "drop off" when it leaves the bank account and I will be taking the sink and faucet back to Lowe's for a refund. This has been the biggest headache of all time along with the issue of having to get a new card. $1100 sitting in a pending column, so unavailable for use, when only the actual cost of $550 was budgeted doesn't matter to anyone else but for us it was a big deal. I will never recommend or shop at a Lowe's of any kind not even for a screw.

Our water heater just stopped working that we bought in 2016. Went to Lowe's today to inquire about getting a new one. No staff in area, had them page for help. Person came over who looked 18, had no idea really to help, just to say they don't quote prices and that a person can come to our home & give an estimate 1st. We had questions but finally left frustrated as #1, this person could of found someone to answer questions etc. Told him we had a whirlpool which we came in, bought and next day installed. Paid in full at the store. His response was they don't sell that brand there. My response was, well seeing ours quit working after buying it 9 yrs ago from Lowe's. I clearly wouldn't buy that again! We left very frustrated and disgusted. Looking elsewhere, where staff are knowledgeable & upfront with baseline estimates.

Horrible now. I heard ceo is from home depot. I waited a half hour and even went to front desk and used their help button. No one came. I had 400.00 in parts in cart. I went to ace and found most what i neede. I also had 3 people immediately helping me. Lowes is now my last choice

I ordered a HDMI cable from Lowe’s and they emailed that the order was ready in a locker at about 8 pm. The next morning about 8:30 I went to pick up and when I entered the QR code, the screen said it was picked up. After waiting about 20 minutes for someone to help me, the two store associates didn’t have a clue. I was told I picked up the order 10 minutes after being placed in locker, I live 15 minutes away from the store. I was told there was nothing they could do. When I called Lowe’s customer care I was told that I had to have the store handle the issue. Worst customer service anywhere. If you live in Cicero, NY I would suggest you shop elsewhere. If you live anywhere else I would also suggest you shop elsewhere.

Had bad refrigerator under warranty. The customer service is as bad as you can get. Trying to get a person on the phone is next to impossible. Thephone system sends you into loops and then hangs up on you. I don't want to buy anything at Lowes anymore. Lowes gets a 1 star but doesn't even deserve a star.

Lowes cash credit is a joke. I've spent over $7,000 and got nothing. The Lowes credit card is Synchrony Bank. They're the worst of the worst. Synchrony is not a good cc to deal with.

They make an appointment to deliver in the pm, 730 am the driver calls he in 8 minutes away. It was made very clear at purchase there would be no access until noonish. The delivery company never confirmed the day before like they were supposed to. They send texts that you can not reply to. So back to the store it went. The store made the appointment then on delivery day they changed their tune to the delivery company is out of their control. So WHO WORKS FOŔ WHO ? Worst service ever

Lowe’s has terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their products. Purchased a utility trailer that collapsed moving a riding mower that was under the weight limits. Lowe’s refuses to make it right. We are out $1000. For a useless piece of junk.

Terrible service, two different teams were unable to install ice maker for the refrigerator purchased at Lowes. Customer service refused to get involved. Do not buy appliances from this company.

Lowe’s itself is fine.. but your repair service company is the worst. They make appointments for an appliance to be fixed and the company they go through does not care about their appointment process.. supposed to have appointment on June 3 to have washer fixed and all the repair company did was call and say gotta order part and it took 22 days for them to finally get part and drive 4 hours to fix and it did not even fix the washer. Now I have to wait 22 or more days to hope to get my washer fixed and none of you people understand the process. You are not helping anyone out and don’t care about anything we tell you. I have never had such awful service in my life.. And the only reason I put 1 is because there isn’t a Zero to choice…

Sanford, NC Lowes and their central selling agent sold me carpeting, padding, with installation, for $4k that I was told was eligible for their advertised “10% Flooring Rebate”. Never received that Rebate. Told by Lowe’s Rebate Center (after carpeting was installed and house sold) that the carpeting I was sold was “excluded” from the Rebate. The Lowe’s Rebate Center is apparently relying on the wording of a sentence in “superfine print” in the Rebate Form. Most telling, that sentence in the “superfine print” of the 10% Rebate Form covering the next two month rebate window, was reworded; presumably to make it clearer to the Lowe’s sales personnel. I am terminating my Lowe’s “Platinum Pro” status and credit card and will do my best not to patronize any Lowe’s store. Lowe’s “customer care” was of no help. Rebate Center was of no help.

I ordered Miracle Grow Planting and Transplant Solution online from Lowe's. The website let me choose a delivery date. The box with my order arrived 2 days earlier than the date I selected. Okay, no big deal. I opened the box and found a bottle of Soft Scrub cleaner 🙄. I contacted Lowe's via telephone and on their online "chat". A reputable company would have apologized and sent the correct item or offered a refund. But no ..... I was told by customer service that I could ship it back for a refund or go to a Lowe's store to exchange it. I ordered online for the convenience. I do not want to stand in line at the post office to ship a bottle of Soft Scrub. I don't want to drive to Lowe's and stand in line to exchange a bottle of Soft Scrub. It was Lowe's error, not mine!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER shop online or in store at Lowe's again.

I'm trying to purchase flooring from Lowes. I imagine the flooring will cost over $1,000.00. I ask 3 people for help and no one could help me with flooring but all said they'd find someone to help. I waited over an hour, no one came to flooring, no help. I'm holding for the assistant manager, been holding for over 15 minutes. I'm trying to spend money with Lowes but they will not take it.

4/27 I ordered a microwave/convection at the local Lowes. I was told they would initiate the order after the installer came and measured to ensure it would fit, which was done on 4/29. On 5/15 the unit was installed but, upon testing, the door wouldn't close correctly and attempting to operate, caused a circuit breaker to blow. The installer reboxed the unit and said he would return it to store. The store would contact us about replacement. 5/20 Called Lowes Customer Service because I had not heard from anyone regarding status. The Associate did not have any information so gave me the number for Installation services. I called and they did not have any info. She said she would check and call me back. By 5/27 I had not heard from anyone so I call the Installers. The person I talked to could not tell me anything and said she would check and call me back shortly. 5/28 I did not receive a call back so called installers again. I was told it was returned to the store and transferred me to the store. The store said they had no record of receiving it. I texted the person who installed it. He apologized and said he would deliver it to the store the next morning. I told him I would check with the store in the afternoon to see what the next step was. On 5/30 I called Customer Service and was told it was received at 1:00 that day. On 5/31, after much thought, I decided to cancel the order and called Lowes. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it couldn't be verified that it was returned. Someone would call me Tuesday 6/3. On 6/3 there was no call, so, late afternoon, I called Customer Service and explained my situation to an Associate. He checked status and said the installation showed as cancelled but the order was still active. He said I would have to call the local store to cancel the order. When all this started, I called the Customer Service number indicated on the web site. During this whole process I was under the impression I was talking with local Customer Service. Installation and Customer Service had transferred me back and forth several times and no one ever mentioned I needed to “call the local store”. This Associate tried to connect me with the local store but we were disconnected. I found the local store number through a google search and called. The Associate checked on status and said labor was cancelled, but order wasn't. After reciting all the above events to her, she said she would get her boss. We got disconnected. I called back. Talked to another Associate. She said they were working on getting it cancelled and she would send me an email verification, which I received a week later. Meanwhile, I ordered one from Home Depot. It was delivered in less that a week and the delivery people were great.
