this is the second time I have used online pick-up and both times my order not ready for pick-up. The orders had to be picked in the yard. After saying my order was ready, It was not and I waited an hour for service the second time. I will not shop at the Bangor lowes again!!! Not a happy shopper

Zero stars if I could. I ordered a cooktop in February and spent the next 3 months calling nearly twice a week with zero updates, zero follow-through from managers who promised callbacks, and zero accountability. I spent $850 out of pocket on a permit and gas inspection — required by Lowe's own installer — on top of $3,000+ for the cooktop, installation, and warranty. After three months, the cooktop finally arrived. Lowe's plumber came to install it, and near the end of the job declared it defective. My original, perfectly working cooktop had already been removed and taken away. I now have no stove at home — with a 3-year-old child. To make it worse, my warranty started in February and has been running the entire time the product sat uninstalled. I've spoken to multiple managers and supervisors. Not one followed up. If you're considering Lowe's for a major appliance or installation, think twice. The customer service breakdown at every level has been staggering.

I had a serious medical event in the store. 911 was not called, they made me pay for water and insisted I get my car and leave. I was on the floor in their garden center for quite some time. I called the corporate office on three occasions and called two managers at the local store. No call was EVER returned. This occurred on March 19th. My email was not answered.

Purchased an AC unit. Put it in and it did not cool. Took it back to Lowe’s and because I didn’t bring it back in 48 hours they said return it to the mfg. GE told me Lowe’s is suppose to take it back if it’s in the 90 day period, which it was. So now I’m out $186.00. WONT BE BUYING A DAMN THING AT LOWES EVER AGAIN!

Lowe’s sucks! I will never shop at a Lowe’s again, I’m a 21 year retired AIRFORCE veteran and they don’t give veterans discounts , on certain items witch is what I buy , so why even support veterans , if you not going to give the 10% to all items . This message is probably not going to mean anything, because that’s the way corporations work , just wanted to voice my opinion. There are mom and pop shops that need the business and I will do business with them , so Lowe’s don’t do the veterans any favors by saying to give 10% off , and then say it’s only for certain items, such BS .

I saw a little maple tree in a small pot. There was no price or sticker on it. I told the employee I wanted to buy it because Im old and any other trees come in large pots and I cant dig a hole big enough. She went to talk to a manager; came back without the tree saying , Sorry, we cant find a number for it. I asked couldn’t the manager just price it ? No, not happening . So… I left the store without buying the cart full of plants. If they are going to set the tree aside and ignore it, let it die, when I would’ve taken great care of it and planted it??? Not shopping there any longer. Just the last straw in being treated poorly there .

NEVER get backsplash tile installed by Lowe’s. I have had a horrible experience with them going back several months and constant miscommunication and unresponsiveness with Lowe’s management and Hunter’s Flooring. First of all, they admitted to misrepresenting the tile display in the store, then said that was how it was supposed to look (see pictures below). This is what Trish the manager told me. Also, they never followed up and the Hunter’s Flooring representative kept making different excuses, like he was fishing for excuses. SAVE yourself the aggravation and stay away from this group. First negative experience I’ve had with Lowe’s, but it will be a lasting one.

I would give no stars but it's not an option. Had entry door put in and they ordered the wrong storm door and wrong size trim. It will be months before it gets finished now. Managers just hang up on you when you call and the service is terrible. DO NOT USE ANY INSTALLATION SERVICE PROJECTS FROM LOWES.

Went to Lowe’s in Marrero and I should have known the parking lot was empty but I went in anyways! The entire store I walked looking for what I needed and 1 employee yes 1! NEVER AGAIN

I went to Lowe's to purchase a new dryer in February for my new home expressed the same to associate that I would be moving into April 1st, when I went to hook up dryer I realized there wasn't a electric hook up (no biggie in my mind) went back to Lowe's bought same unit in gas & asked to return other unit upon delivery of correct unit. I was informed that Lowe's has a 48hr policy YOU HEARD ME RIGHT 48HR return policy & they refused to return my BRAND NEW NEVER INSTALLED DRYER. I spoke to Norma a Customer Care Manager ID #809428 & she berated me for not reading my email, although I opted for TEXT updates BECAUSE I received several hundred emails a day, she stated I chose not to read my email making it my fault I didnt know about their 48hr return policy on appliances!

Paid over $20,000 to Lowe’s for Cali vinyl plank flooring and got a terrible installation. The floor is now uneven, making noise, and already buckling — clear signs of improper work. Even worse, the manufacturer confirmed the issues are due to bad installation and that Lowe’s should fix it, but Lowe’s refuses to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable for a project at this price. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and zero customer support. Avoid Lowe’s installation services at all costs.

Avoid going to any Rona/ Lowes stores There is no longer any real customer service at the Oakville Rona which had always been awesome!!! I visited twice today @ Oakville to have my Uberhaus Bathroom Faucet cartridges replaced as they were both leaking. This Tap set came with a "Lifetime Warranty" No Luck!! Both times I went to the Service desk and interrupted the woman & man that were behind the counter. Both times the lady was on social media while the man was wring a text msg... both mobile phone screens were displaying a clear view I was informed to go and ask Curtis what to do , he was very helpful and gave me the phone number to Uberhaus cust service, however there were two phone prompts after dialing 1 -844- 271 - 5994 1 for U.S 2 for Canada purchases - both lines came back with a message "unable to complete call" and was disconnected 4 times. I called back a 5th time an got Uberhaus service, again they couldn't help at all I was told to go online @ Lowes and find the part numbers. I had supplied Uberhuas Cust service with pictures of the cartridges and the Faucet model. WHY??? WHAT WARRANTY?? WHY BUY HERE?? YOU'LL NEVER GET WARRANTY SATISFACTION!!! WHY??

Placed an order today. Was sent a text that part of the order had been cancelled. Their website said it couldn't look up the order. I called customer service. Their AI couldn't tell me what part was cancelled. Finally talked to a rep but by that time the partial order was already on the move to me. No chance to have them replace it with a different product and this is a very easily replaced item. No call or text to select a replacement part. Now I cannot finish the project because the part won't fit in my car and I'm not paying another $70-$80 for delivery. Supervisor I spoke with did nothing to make things right. This is goodbye, lowes.

#1 charge $39. fee for delivery BS #2 never notified me on delivery time the night before.I called after 7pm. #3 delivery time was 11am to 3pm #4 Called 230pm advised delivery time now 1pm to 5pm #5 Lowe's need to deliver their items locally #6 might try another store next time

We went into Lowes in durant oklahoma and found a drill set that was marked for 44.98 it was not the actual price when my husband tried to get the store manager to show him what was priced for the amount that he had posted he could not find anything for that price. If you are going to have a price posted in big large letters then honor that price or at least have something on the shelf for that price. The manager was not very friendly or helpful and this pricing issue needs to be addressed before someone else has the same issues. The store number is 2214 the store manager is Skyler Harris.

To begin with, the refrigerator should have been scheduled to have been delivered a week ago. When the delivery guys left today, we were taking the tape off of refrigerator and noticed the big dent and scratch near the bottom on the side. BAD DELIVERY GUYS!!! This whole process has been a **** show and you can never get in touch with anyone to help.

I buy there lumber not much else .I was in there store on 2/20/26 loading lumber on cart and this young lowes employee is staring at me I guess to try to intimadate me did not work ,once I stared back at him and he scurried away . so much for ending there dei policys,home depot or the lumber yards nextime
