On a Thursday I ordered two 24x24* 40 boxes. I I needed to ship out by Saturday night. It said it would arrive Saturday. I noticed the tracking and it still wasn't shipped and I just received notice stating it was just shipped which is Saturday night and I won't be here until Tuesday now. I will be getting a bad review from a customer

One of the worst stores when it comes to customer service. I was working in my yard today and made a few trips to Lowe’s to buy mulch. Around 6:30 PM, I went for my final trip to purchase 12 bags. I asked the cashier if the loader is still there, and she assured me that help was available. When I asked the loader for help, he responded, “Why are you here? We’re closed.” I was shocked—it wasn’t even closing time. I told him the cashier lady told me you guys are available and will be able to load the mulch. When I pointed that out, he shrugged and said, “Oh well, we’re very busy.” then he told me to go over there and wait. I waited for more then 15 minutes and nobody came to help. I was so frustrated that I chose not to go through with the purchase. I went to Home Depot instead. Their customer service was excellent—they were more than happy to load the mulch into my car. I won’t be shopping at this Lowe’s again, and I’d recommend others go to Home Depot instead

Ridiculous. If I could give it a half a star, I would give it a half wit they sent. My dishwasher is still halfway out. It’s been six weeks. Very disappointed don’t waste your money.

I was at the fifth Street Highway, Lowes Redding, Pennsylvania. I asked the supervisor Shanita how do I pay for 25 bags 32 bags of topsoil she said at the register I go to ask for help she calls her staff member over and she talks to him constantly rude and nasty and says go get it for her. I am appalled at your supervisor‘s behavior. She was downright nasty and acting like a complete disgusting human being. I am not gonna mention what company I work for, but we definitely spend millions at Lowe’s every year. We are a huge company in Redding, Pennsylvania. I am a pole that this is somebody who represents your company again. Her name was Juanita and I am at the Lowe’s on 5th Street Highway, Redding, PA.

I hired Lowes for a simple 3-day flooring install in my vacant home—and weeks later they still haven’t finished. They ordered the wrong material, never re-ordered the right stuff, and daily questions go unanswered. Because of this mess I’ve had to pull the property off the market, losing time and potential buyers. If you’re thinking about using Lowes think twice. A basic job shouldn’t turn into a real estate disaster.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered a mower back in January, paid for it, and still haven’t received my order or any information for when it will be delivered. No one I call, from corporate to the fulfilling store has an answer for me! Shame on you Lowes!

Was notified late the night before my delivery window was 8am to noon I had requested late morning anytime after 10 am I called that morning of the delivery and was told I was first stop then later in morning got notified I was the fourth delivery now a person arranges their schedule to be available then they keep changing the delivery people just can't wait or schedule time off when they change things lowes should go back to when a person could schedule morning or afternoon

Staygreen mulch is really bad. Tons of large pieces of wood that was not shredded. Even found stones in it. Don't waste your money!

Because you are always out of stock, all the time, on some of the most common items purchased and I ordered what you did have in stock "allegedly" that I needed for curbside (had to order the rest from Home Depot who did have the items in stock). Home Depot filled the 4 piece order within 30 minutes and the 1 piece I ordered from Lowes was never filled, nor did I get an email from Lowes. Went to Lowes on the way to Home Depot to just get the item myself and it was of course...out of stock. This has to be by far the worst managed Lowes of the 1700 plus stores in the company.

I went for weed-eater string before the tariffs were in place. A 3 spool of black and Decker weed-eater string was $10 dollars one week before, it was $28 dollars. I of course went to Amazon and bought 6 spools for $10. Ridiculous!. Come on Lowes, really!

Bought some mulch this spring. It must of came from one of the states that had forest fires. It smells like a burnt house all around my house. So if you want mulch that smells like burt wood then you came to the right place. Terrible smell.

Name is Diane Simpson. I had a delivery this morning of a dishwasher that cost me near $1000. It’s a portable one so it slides across my kitchen and get hooked up to the sink. The delivery men didn’t even put the wheels on it or or set it up for me I am 83 years old. I’ve been getting the runaround all morning. Of course the delivery guys didn’t answer the phone. Unbelievable. I will never order an appliance from Lowe’s again.

I bought an extended warranty on a refrigerator from Lowe's, and I had a repair done under it. What I need is pretty simple: a copy of the diagnosis and repair for the work done by the service provider. Lowe's says they have the information, but can onlyl read it to me over the phone; they have no way to send it to me. Call the service provider. The service provider says only Lowe's can give me the information. Tried for HOURS to get real human being at Lowe's, and when I finally reached them, absolutely worthless: "We can't do it." "Well, who can?" "We don't know."

Shelia Thomas-402 West Jefferson St-Ville Platte Louisiana-70586-# (337) 336-9624… I bought flooring and had it installed, the men that installed my floors did an awesome job, but, helped my husband put my couch back in place, charged me like they moved all kinds of heavy duty furniture , but did not. That wasn’t good enough, Lowe’s FORGOT to order the surrounding of the floor, so I had to wait for that to come in. When it did arrive. There was another person that came and do that, did not do a good job because we’re still having trouble with that, it’s not sticking to the floor separating the floor and the carpet. That’s a big problem. If that’s not bad enough, we bought the warranty for the floor, had a little water damage and tried to use the warranty but was told if the installers didn’t cause it, we should go with our home insurance. And that’s not what we were told when we bought the warranty. We were told if we had any problems that you would see about. That was a LIE. Now I am not at all satisfied with you. PANAMA CITY BEACH FL DO NOT USE LOWES FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!!! Purchased new carpet from Lowes and had them install. Lowes, however, contracts with an installation company who royally messed up the installation. Back and forth with Lowes to no avail. We finally told them we wanted our money back and they said they would come get the carpet (uninstall it lol) and charge us a restocking fee? Bwahahaha okkkkk, come uninstall carpet and sell to someone else? Niiiiiice. I post this to say keep on shopping because if u do run into issues with Lowes, there's nobody in a position to be able to fix it!! MULTIPLE no shows (after confirming apts) which should have been the first clue! So here we sit, brand new carpet not tacked down on the edges, and nothing we can do about it but hire others to come fix.

I should be thrilled about my new purchase, but instead, I'm feeling frustrated. I ordered an all-in-one LG washer/dryer for $2500 to replace my old stackable unit that's been with me for over ten years. I had to wait nearly two weeks just for the pedestal to arrive, which was inconvenient but manageable, so I accepted that. When I inquired about any additional items I might need, the representative said hoses, so I added those along with an extended warranty, which offers a nice 40% refund if there are no issues within three years. I took the day off work today to accommodate their delivery schedule, which was supposed to be between 8 am and 8 pm with a four-hour window given the night before. I received a notification that my items were on their way—great! However, when the delivery team arrived, they brought only the pedestal. They were completely unaware that the washer/dryer was supposed to be delivered with it. After calling Lowe’s, I learned that the appliance would come in a separate delivery. What a surprise! I waited again, but thankfully, the second truck arrived within 90 minutes. This time, the driver informed me that he couldn’t set it up because I didn’t have a water pan. A water pan? Seriously? Why wasn’t I informed about this requirement when I placed my order? I would have bought one! After several calls and long holds, I discovered that installation couldn’t proceed without the water pan. When I voiced my disappointment and frustration, the “helpful” woman on the line suggested I could cancel my order if I was unhappy. Believe me, I'm not happy. But canceling my order doesn’t solve anything since I need a washer/dryer. Despite my concerns, her solution was to schedule a service call for the water pan and to arrange for installation at a later date. That means I'll have to take another day off work. I truly regret choosing Lowe’s for this purchase. I highly do not recommend them.

I received my lowes ad today and notice you have to be a member to get the deals. I will not give out personal information to get a sales price. The company turns around and sells your personal information. I decided to call the store to make sure I was reading this correctly and the customer service guy told me yes you have to be a member to receive these deals. I told him he just lost a good customer and he replied back "that's ok with me".

No one answers the phone, spend hours waiting over multiple calls at different times and days, once I got someone, then they put me on hold, and after a half hour realized they weren’t coming bank. Crazy bad!!! Another time I got to talk to someone, and later found out after they put me hold they left for the day with me still on hold
