“Th delivery company that Lowe’s uses has really great people working for them. The company is XDT and Theo and Peter were my delivery guys. They delivered my mom’s stove and microwave, were kind and professional and I’m glad to have gotten good service. Thanks Lowe’s! We’ll buy from you again!”

“Was pleased with our shopping experience at Lowes on Lake Underhill Rd in Orlando today, 3/2/2026. Upon entering the store we were greeted several times by employees wanting to help us find what we were looking for. The departments we entered were staffed with employees waiting to help us find the product we were looking for. This is a great improvement over the last several years, trying to find a employee just to ask a question. I have enjoyed shopping at Lowes but this experience was outstanding.”

“Charlene in the Castlerock, Colorado Lowes paint department went above and beyond with her service and help in selecting the proper paint and even added advice about the best ways to complete our project efficiently. She was incredible and I/we will look for her again when we shop there.”

“Lowes Conroe Texas. Painting dept. Dean is a master paint specialist. Hes helped me during the last 11 months. Hes accurate, patient, courteous, and has that Wow in and out satisfaction every time. It feels so good to go to that paint dept. EVERYTIME. *****”

“The delivery drivers were awesome and let them know have medical conditions and have a hard time moving things so they took care of everything unboxing bringing it in the house and hooking it up taking the old stove. These guys are awesome thank you so much.”

“Mr. Steve (who is in his 70s I think!) helped me tremendously 2/16/26 when I needed a particular power strip cord that was not restocked & he brought down for me. It ended up not having the end I needed, so I left store. He yelled for me in the parking lot that he had found what I needed! I returned to purchase it & the pipe I needed for it, again with his expert help. He had also made 2 keys for me earlier... Without his persistance I would had left without what I came for, but instead made several purchases with his assistance. Thank you Mr. Steve. You are THE BEST!!!”

“Caleb at statesboro lowe’s approached me when i first got in to the lowe’s at statesboro and not only answered my question immediately he took me to the exact isle where i needed to be and sent me to the cashier with everything i needed for a very quick trip on and out. great experience!! “Larry, (#10) in the appliances department, is a champion people person and obviously has a pedigree in home appliances. His knowledge base of all the brands makes him comfortable to speak with and gives one confidence in decision making. A very pleasurable person with zero sales pressure. Do yourself a favor before purchasing a home appliance and spend time with Larry at the Bowling Green, KY Lowe's!”

“I ordered a new GE washer and dryer and had them delivered and installed by two very efficient, professional gentlemen. They had my washer and dryer up and running quickly, with no damaged. I have purchased from Lowes for many years without issues. I would definitely use these two delivery guys again, and will, when I buy my new refrigerator soon! I have also bought my zero turn mower from Lowes. No problems. Thanks Lowes.”

“We came to Lowe’s in Cypress Texas and Yasmeen Jacobs was an excellent sales person helping us with our kitchen needs. She helped us make sure to answer any questions on the stove and refrigerator we had before purchasing and when she checked us out made sure things were the way we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and only like shopping at Lowe’s.”
