“Caleb at statesboro lowe’s approached me when i first got in to the lowe’s at statesboro and not only answered my question immediately he took me to the exact isle where i needed to be and sent me to the cashier with everything i needed for a very quick trip on and out. great experience!! “Larry, (#10) in the appliances department, is a champion people person and obviously has a pedigree in home appliances. His knowledge base of all the brands makes him comfortable to speak with and gives one confidence in decision making. A very pleasurable person with zero sales pressure. Do yourself a favor before purchasing a home appliance and spend time with Larry at the Bowling Green, KY Lowe's!”

“I ordered a new GE washer and dryer and had them delivered and installed by two very efficient, professional gentlemen. They had my washer and dryer up and running quickly, with no damaged. I have purchased from Lowes for many years without issues. I would definitely use these two delivery guys again, and will, when I buy my new refrigerator soon! I have also bought my zero turn mower from Lowes. No problems. Thanks Lowes.”

“We came to Lowe’s in Cypress Texas and Yasmeen Jacobs was an excellent sales person helping us with our kitchen needs. She helped us make sure to answer any questions on the stove and refrigerator we had before purchasing and when she checked us out made sure things were the way we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and only like shopping at Lowe’s.”

“I needed a product early Tuesday morning , As usual i overlooked my item and was navigating between two aisles trying to locate it. The staff was having a meeting in the rear of the store, but one attentive associate looked my way twice and didn't hesitate leaving the meeting to assist me. Maria from tools took me to my item immediately was very helpful. She was instrumental in me having a good day finishing my project ! Thank You Maria !”

“First of all I went to the Lowes in wheelerburg Ohio they wasn't helpful at all they acted like we was a bother so we left store and went the Lowes in Chillicothe Ohio there is a boy that work in cabinet department his name is Nathan he helped us with our cabinets a couple weeks ago he helped us again today I will only shop at this Lowes he really act like he cares for the customer”

“I want to give 10 stars 🌟 to two amazing employees. I had a problem with a fan that I purchased at Lowe's. Angela and Bonnie. I hope I have her name correct she was at the return desk on Saturday afternoon. They both put the fan that I bought together for me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service there's not too many employees would go out of their way to satisfy their customer. thanks again Lowe's for the excellent service”

“I just want to say first to ladies at the Lowe’s Flower Department (area) at the Baltimore National Pike store location just helping me with picking out the Marble Stones and the Ted Design Bricks and the Red Dragon flowers then I went to the area where I brought ALREADY CEMENT MIX it ready works !!! I needed all these material to complete a grave finish for my mom. I travel me and my husband to Sanford North Carolina to the cemetery to make my mom‘s grave site beautiful-thanks EVERYONE IN THESE DEPARTMENTS FOR AN JOB SELL DONE Truly Thank you from the Tammy and Michael Mercer-Webb Family”

“I’ll preface by stating that the five Lowe’s employees (STORE #1883) whom I had contact with were beyond phenomenal! On 4/30/25, I purchased an electric dryer, and, unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the employee who serviced me (maybe Rory, Cory, or something similar). I received a damaged dryer, and on 5/22/25, I went to the store and a manager, Tylor, attended to me regarding this issue. On 5/29/25, I went to the store again with new concerns/issues. On this date, I was serviced by Dan, in the appliance department, and in Customer Service, Judy (an associate), and Nick (a manager) attended to me. In general, I had a very complicated situation that was also very time consuming. That said, all the employees who assisted me initially and throughout, were beyond outstanding. They all took their time, giving attention to every minute detail; addressed all of my questions/concerns; worked steadfastly until my issues/problems were resolved; and were extremely professional, personable, persistent and patient! All the associates and managers with whom I came in contact were/are exemplary employees, and Lowe’s should be honored to have employees of this caliber!!! KUDOS to all of you!!! Again, Thank you all… Sylvia Stovall”

“There's a guy in the Plumbing dept. of Lowes, Morris Plains named Tony. He's the nicest, friendliest most knowledgeable Plumbing person I have ever met. Tony has helped me several times in the past 12 months and saved me lots of money. He doesn't make you feel stupid if you happen to ask a dumb question. Tony, happily answers all questions, dumb ones as well. He's always in a good mood. He deserves a raise, and Lowe's better not let him ever go. Also, yesterday my wife and I took delivery on an LG refrigerator. The 2 delivery guys were in and out in 30 minutes. They were very neat, friendly and quick. Fantastic experience. And no, I'm not a Lowes employee.”
