Customer service Charlotte - abermale road) was good, price point for a new glass cooktop was actually better than the one I had, delivery service was good and at a decent time. Delivery guys Riki and Rafael made sure they didn’t scratch my floors, hooked up the stove, checked for leveling, and working before leaving.

We had the BEST customer service at the Lowes store #1798 in Wake Forest NC Galaxy drive. The man who helped us with bathroom Fans was named MIKE (Millwork) He spent about an hour with us and was extremely knowledgeable and very patient answering all our questions. This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced and it def makes me want to shop at THIS location again. Thank you Mike!!

I had to buy a new dryer, so I wasn’t in the best mood. I went to pick up the new one at the Lowe’s on Banks Ford Parkway, store #2870. Victor and Demar were so sweet and helpful. They turned my rough day into a good one !

Good morning. This particular review is not being provided to speak of one of the Lowes stores in general although I am compelled to speak of a certain person in general and how he conducted himself at the Lowes store in Anderson, SC (Highway 28 bypass). The gentlemans' name is Marasalis. I walked into the store to pick up an order and Marasalis was at counter. He happened to be on the phone at the moment and I could not help but notice how professional he was speaking to the person on the other end. When he hung up the phone he was immediately prompted to request a favor from one of the his employed associates asking them if they could do something for him.. and of course the person replied "no problem." Marasalis then looked at me and kindly said "how may I help you sir"..? He called receiving to ask for someone and the person was not present at that time so he said to me that he would go back to pick up my order. In a few minutes he returned with my order and suggested that we open the box to see if the contents was what I had ordered and make sure that it was not damaged. I had to ask him if he was one of the managers and he politely said no with a smile.. and I politely said with a smile.. "well you should be because you have all the professional qualifications and you know how to work with people and you know how to treat a customer. I must say that this gentleman (Marasalis) has been overlooked and should be placed into some type of managerial position. He would be an asset to all.

I bought whirlpool side by side refrigerator from Lowe’s in Lebanon tn. From placing my order to having delivery to installing, I rank it a A+ all the way, —- Sales was so informative and friendly. She explained everything in detail. — the two delivery installers were outstanding — very careful, very friendly, cleaned everything up and was so professional. — Lowe’s in Lebanon TN Appliances are Terrific— we are well pleased,

I was looking for a filter for my refrigerator and went about it on my own when I was approached by named associate Diamond at the Greensboro East Cone Blvd store. She was extremely helpful and professional. I was in hurry but I did not mention it to her. She had me on my way in no time. I would def recommend this location. Very good people working here. Thanks!!!

This is for Ana at the Lowes in Hawthorne, CA. I purchased crown molding at another Lowes and needed one more strip to complete the job. After searching myself in the molding department with no success, I enlisted the assistance of Ana working in that department. She assured me that she would find that one strip I needed. She checked the digital inventory which said that 30 were in stock. I swear she must have pulled out 50 strips of crown molding, but not one of them was what I needed. I was a nervous that I would not be able to finish my project. She apologized for the inventory error, (not her fault), and called Lowes in Torrance to secure the molding. She was soooooo patient! I commended her for her tenacity in attempting to please a customer and gave her a hug! Yes...a hug! She made my day! Thanks Ana! Karien Zachery-Brooks

I have a lot of admirations for the people working at Erie, Colorado Lowe's. Recently I had to purchase numerous items and needed help with selecting the right ones. All the associates I communicated with were kind and helpful. Jess and Billy went above and beyond to help me with my purchases from the Light Department, thank you so much! I also have a great appreciation for Nancy of PRO department. Her knowledge of products and issues was extraordinary. The Customer Service was highly efficient with handling returns & refunds. Thank you all!

I was picking up a few things at my local Lowes in West Ashley. Kevin helped me. I was trying to find a part and Lowes didn't carry it, but he made a few suggestions for where I could get it. He was so cheerful and so helpful I just couldn't believe it. He carried my stuff for me and loaded it into my SUV. So nice.

Midea dryer after purchasing the washer/dryer combo we started having issues with the dryer that only got worse with time after contacting Lowes we were advised to Contact Midea which we did and was told it was Lowes issue to contact Lowes after several attempts to resolve the issue with the dryer working some of the time it only got worse we are now without a dryer that didn't even last one year the Maytag we had lasted 38 years without one.issue whenever we contacted Lowes again they.said they'd sell us another one with 10 percent discount lol if they're not gonna stand behind the products they're selling I'll never buy another thing from them and I'd advise anyone that's thinking about buying from them to not to because once they get your money you'll be on your own no pride in customer service at all and will not stand behind what they sell

The manager Joe at the Lowe's store in North Smithfield went above and beyond to resolve my issue. There was a dispute about a payment made. The assistant manager was no help or the head cashier. Both gave me the run around. They should of called Joe over right away instead of me asking for him. Never will pay with cash making a payment again.
