I’ll preface by stating that the five Lowe’s employees (STORE #1883) whom I had contact with were beyond phenomenal! On 4/30/25, I purchased an electric dryer, and, unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the employee who serviced me (maybe Rory, Cory, or something similar). I received a damaged dryer, and on 5/22/25, I went to the store and a manager, Tylor, attended to me regarding this issue. On 5/29/25, I went to the store again with new concerns/issues. On this date, I was serviced by Dan, in the appliance department, and in Customer Service, Judy (an associate), and Nick (a manager) attended to me. In general, I had a very complicated situation that was also very time consuming. That said, all the employees who assisted me initially and throughout, were beyond outstanding. They all took their time, giving attention to every minute detail; addressed all of my questions/concerns; worked steadfastly until my issues/problems were resolved; and were extremely professional, personable, persistent and patient! All the associates and managers with whom I came in contact were/are exemplary employees, and Lowe’s should be honored to have employees of this caliber!!! KUDOS to all of you!!!
